Washing
A freshly cleaned car is an enjoyable experience for everyone. It says a lot of things about us if our car is clean.
Car wash can also relax you. When we carry out this task, will we be doing more harm or good? Car owners are well aware of the time they have invested in washing their car over the course of many years.
The more chances there are that you’re washing incorrectly, the greater your chance of doing it wrong. If you use the wrong car-washing materials, the paint will be full of swirls. In addition to making the paint look bad they can reduce the value as well.
For a proper car wash, it is important to have the right tools. The tools you need include two buckets with a pipe in between, a sponge and a wash mitt as well some car washing fluid and at the very least a large microfiber cloth for drying. These include microfiber towels and sea sponges.
Hand soap is not suitable for car washing. This also includes glass cleaners, dishwashing liquids, and other items. Use car wash detergents or products specially designed to prevent grit particles from damaging your car’s paint.

It is important to avoid washing your car when it’s hot. The car will dry faster if it is too hot. Because of this, you are more likely than not to have spots appear on your window or body. Dip it again in the soapy solution and keep going. It is important to rinse your sponges and replenish them frequently. Also, hose off the car as you are working, especially if the weather is warm. If you want to prevent scratching, wash your vehicle with horizontal, gentle strokes.
The same sponge should not be used on tires or wheels.
In sections wash your vehicle, working from top to down in the same order. Start with the roof. After that, it’s time to tackle wheels and tire.
You should use a hose without a sprayer to ensure that water is gently sprayed over your entire car. Less spots are left behind. As water spots can be left by evaporating water, you should dry your car after washing.
Cleaning
Cleaning and washing are not the same thing. During this phase, contaminants are removed more carefully. It is offered as part of most professional detailing and extends beyond cleaning. In this phase, stubborn stains as well blemishes or debris will be removed. Usually, clay is used as a cleaning agent to stick the dust and dirt.
You could use an oversized microfiber towel to avoid scratches. Or, a silicone-based ‘paintsafe’ squeegee can be used to remove the first moisture. Microfibers are better absorbents than chamois and terrycloth towels. They also dry quicker. Use spray wax to revive the shine on your vehicle once the surface is fully dried.
Polishing
In this way, the polishing process produces a gorgeous shine. Most manufacturers offer two different kinds of car polish. It’s up to you to choose the polish that suits your car. The cleaner polish can be used to correct fine, minute and even light flaws. Additionally, the surface is smoother and has a glossy shine. This polish is best for cars that are old or have imperfections. Other polishes are pure polishes which can give a high gloss to cars with vivid, radiant finishes.
